MEET THE PODCAST GROUP LEADERS:

From an early age, Braden’s parents instilled the philosophy that if you do what you love, the money will follow. This core belief has influenced Braden’s journey from discovering what inspires us to love what we do and the ways of getting paid to play.

In pursuit of his love for music, Braden found himself working in artist management with international musicians. From Coordinating the wedding invites for Diana Krall and Elvis Costello (married at Elton John’s house) to 4am phone calls about missed taxi’s and flights, he quickly learned that he was a fancy travel agent and not doing what he loves.

Over the years Braden has successfully achieved his ‘Dream Job’ multiple times and gained incredible insight to how we can turn our unique passions and interests into profitable and fulfilling careers.

Braden has dedicated himself to facilitating life-changing conversations. His approach is to find the unique genius in everyone and explore how that genius can make the world a better place.

As the CEO of Amplifyou, Braden Ricketts leads the boutique podcast accelerator and management firm where he supports High-Frequency Entrepreneurs on utilising the platform of podcasts to create their ‘Dream Job’ and get paid to play.

Lexi Burt is the founder of a fertility and endometriosis coaching business dedicated to helping women restore hormonal balance, improve fertility, and reclaim their health. Using the NeoFertility Method, her approach emphasizes non-invasive treatments such as fertility charting, hormone supplementation, targeted medications, and lifestyle adjustments to address the root causes of infertility.

She also hosts A Quest for Wholeness, a podcast exploring holistic health through physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being.

In addition to her coaching work, Lexi serves as Client Success Manager and Executive Assistant at Amplifyou. She oversees client onboarding, fosters relationships, tracks key metrics, and supports podcasting goals. As an executive assistant, she manages scheduling, travel, communications, and event coordination while providing logistical support for the Amplifyou podcast, which highlights stories from entrepreneurs and innovators.
