We were inspired by an insightful session with Garland Coulson, who showed us how entrepreneurs can expand their impact by working smarter, leveraging technology, and building the right support systems. Together, we explored how entrepreneurs can leverage AI, virtual assistants, specialized experts, and trusted mentors to expand their capacity, increase efficiency, and focus on the work that creates the greatest impact. Garland reminded us that success is not about doing everything ourselves, but about creating the right support systems that allow us to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

We also gained valuable insights into using technology strategically while maintaining the human judgment, creativity, and relationships that drive meaningful business growth. This session was a wonderful reminder that when we embrace innovation and surround ourselves with the right support, we create opportunities to grow our businesses in ways that are both sustainable and fulfilling.

Together, we were reminded that working longer hours is not always the answer; often, the real opportunity lies in improving the structure beneath our business, eliminating activities that do not create value, and focusing on what truly moves the needle.

We explored how tracking our time, understanding our income per owner hour, and aligning our efforts with meaningful results can create greater profitability while allowing more time for the people and priorities that matter most. This session was a wonderful reminder that success is not measured by how busy we are, but by how intentionally we invest our time, energy, and expertise to create a business that supports both our goals and our families.
