We are so grateful for your support in helping our community grow. We realize there may be overlap in the people we know, and many Referral Partners may be connected to the same wonderful entrepreneurs. To keep things fair for everyone, we\u2019ve created clear rules so rewards are given consistently, disputes are avoided, and the spirit of collaboration and Grand Giving stays at the heart of everything we do. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note that because many of us know the same people, leads shown in your dashboard do not guarantee referral credit. Referral attribution follows the rules below.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>By joining, you agree to the following terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Program Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Referral Partner Program is designed to honor and reward our active members for helping our community grow. We believe our members know the best people to join &#8211; heart-centered entrepreneurs who value collaboration, Grand Giving, and meaningful connection. As an Referral Partner, you play an important role in welcoming new members who will benefit from and contribute to the spirit of Connect \u00b7 Create \u00b7 Collaborate at the Grand Connection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be an active Grand Connection Member in good standing.<\/li>\n<li>Referral Partners must be 18 years of age or older.<\/li>\n<li>The Program is open to members in Canada, the United States, and internationally, where participation does not conflict with local laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Referral Reward<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Referral Partners earn $100 USD for each new paying member who joins using their Unique Referral Guest Pass Link or other tracking links provided their unique ID.<\/li>\n<li>Group Leaders &amp; Facilitators: In addition to the one-time Referral Partner reward, active Group Leaders receive a 20% recurring commission on any of their guests who join and maintain membership after the first year, provided the Group Leader remains in their leadership role and in good standing.<\/li>\n<li>Rewards accrue for 65 days following the new member\u2019s first successful payment and are payable on the last business day of the month. If the payout date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be issued two business days after.<\/li>\n<li>Reward options (choose each time):\n<ul>\n<li>Cash payout via PayPal or wise (valid PayPal email required)<\/li>\n<li>Membership credit (equivalent to 3 months of membership dues)<\/li>\n<li>Credit toward GC\u2019s Referral App (MMT Premium) or our Neuroscience Self Mastery Program<\/li>\n<li>Donation to the Grand Giving Fundraiser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Exclusions &amp; Eligibility Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rewards apply only to brand-new, first-time members who are not on our existing mailing list, not already an earlier lead for another member.<\/p>\n<p>No rewards are issued for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Former GC members rejoining<\/li>\n<li>Individuals already a known contact to GC or previously connected through another Referral Partner under the attribution rules.<\/li>\n<li>Guest Pass or event regsitration attendees who do not convert to paid membership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Referral Attribution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A new member will be attributed to the Referral Partner whose Unique Referral Guest Pass Link was used first, or who has a Referral Partner Guest Form completed and submitted on their behalf.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Referral attribution will remain valid for <strong>twenty-four (24) months<\/strong> from the date of the first recorded referral activity.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Because online tracking and cookies may be limited, Grand Connection reserves the right to verify and approve all referrals manually. At its discretion, GC may assign referral credit when there is verifiable proof that a Referral Partner made the introduction.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If there is a conflict between multiple Referral Partners, Grand Connection will consider the earliest recorded referral activity, Guest Pass registration, Referral Partner Guest Form, or other verifiable proof of introduction within the 24-month attribution period.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Please note that many of our members know and invite the same wonderful people to events. These guidelines help ensure fairness, honor the Referral Partner who first made the connection, and maintain harmony within our community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<strong>Why 24 months?<\/strong> Meaningful relationships and membership decisions often take time. While a prospective member may build relationships with many people within the Grand Connection community, we believe it is important to honor the Referral Partner who first made the introduction. A 24-month attribution period provides ample time for a prospective member to experience the community, attend events, and decide whether membership is right for them, while ensuring the original introduction is recognized and rewarded \ud83e\udd1d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Referral Partner Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share your Guest Pass Link\u00a0 (or authorized event link) authentically, with honesty and integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Represent GC values of Grand Giving, collaboration, and inclusivity.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid spam, false advertising, or misleading claims.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all applicable laws, including Canada\u2019s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), CAN-SPAM (U.S.), and others.<\/li>\n<li>Referrers, Group Leaders, JV Partners and Referral Partners are independent supporters, not employees or agents of GC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Term &amp; Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Program continues unless terminated.<\/li>\n<li>Either party may end participation at any time by written notice (email is acceptable).<\/li>\n<li>Referral Partners remain eligible for rewards accrued before termination if they were members in good standing when the referral occurred.<\/li>\n<li>Group Leaders: In addition to standard Referral Partner rewards, active Group Leaders receive a 20% recurring commission on any of their guests who join and maintain a membership after the first year, provided the Group Leader remains in their leadership role and in good standing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. Membership Standing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must remain a GC member in good standing to be a Referral Partner and receive a payment.<\/li>\n<li>If membership lapses or ends, Referral Partner eligibility also ends, including any fees payable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9. Taxes &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Referral Partners are independent contractors, not employees of Grand Connection.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for all taxes, filings, and reporting obligations in your country of residence.<\/li>\n<li>In Canada, Grand Connection may issue a T4A slip if referral payments to you exceed the Canada Revenue Agency reporting threshold.<\/li>\n<li>In the United States, Grand Connection may request a completed W-9 form and issue a Form 1099-NEC if referral payments to you exceed IRS reporting thresholds.<\/li>\n<li>For all other countries, Referral Partners are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local tax authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GC does not guarantee success in the Program.<\/li>\n<li>Liability is limited to the total referral rewards paid to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.<\/li>\n<li>Any disputes will be resolved in British Columbia, Canada.<\/li>\n<li>These terms are the entire agreement regarding the Program and replace all prior communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>12. Legal &amp; Compliance Notic<\/strong>e<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Referral Partners agree to represent the Grand Connection brand with honesty and integrity and may not make false or misleading claims.<\/li>\n<li>Grand Connection reserves the right to terminate participation immediately for any misuse of the Program.<\/li>\n<li>Grand Connection is not responsible for PayPal or banking delays, fees, or currency conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Participation is void where prohibited by local laws.<\/li>\n<li>Referral Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grand Connection, its officers, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from their participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83c\udf1f <em data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"595\">Thank you for being part of our growing Grand Connection community.
