As someone who thought that they were naturally disorganized, Elizabeth Stefani started her organizing journey as a way to improve her time management, productivity & relationships.  With her diagnosis of ADHD, she was able to dig deeper into the chronic disorganization that comes with a neurodivergent brain.  As a Trained Professional Organizer and with her education as an ADHD Organizing Specialist, Elizabeth helps adults and families who struggle with deficits in executive functioning, and the issues it brings in the areas of organizing, prioritizing, focusing, maintaining attention, impulsivity, memory and self-regulation.
