Her mission is to be the beacon for authentic expression in both personal and professional relationships, guiding individuals and organizations to their fullest potential. Additionally, as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Ambassador, she promotes Allyship and Neurodiversity in the workplace and beyond.

 

Michelle LeWay brings unique skills to her Public Speaking & Leadership Trainings. With a background in theatre, improvisation and an inherited passion for storytelling, Michelle brings both your personal and professional stories to life.
