• If the path is not clear, that is the moment to seek understanding or guidance, not to grab a tool and hope it teaches the process.
• Often, existing tools or resources already in your ecosystem can meet your needs once you understand what you are trying to accomplish.
• Even free tools come at a real cost: time, energy, learning curve, and disruption. Tools should be chosen intentionally and used only where they truly add value.
