Susan (and Grandie) hosted our Grand Plan Accelerator Lab. We had both grand connections and grand takeaways during our Grand Plan Accelerator Lab, where we explored the exciting journey of book launching with purpose, clarity, and community support.

Together, we used the power of AI to map out bold goals, from setting book launch dates to building visibility strategies and engaging launch teams with intention. A special thank you to Ramona Mooney for sharing her inspiring commitment to her third book, and to James Lam for holding space and providing thoughtful insight along the way.

This session was a beautiful reminder that when we take intentional steps, supported by the right tools and community, our big dreams become achievable. • Use GPT for Strategic Planning. Susan guided Ramona in using GPT to map out a detailed action plan for her book launch.
• Set a Clear Completion Goal. Ramona set a goal to finish her third book by October 1st to anchor her launch timeline.
• Schedule Writing Time with Accountability. Writing time should be consistently scheduled, supported by co-working sessions.
• Leverage Grand Talks for Visibility. A Grand Talk can be repurposed as evergreen promotional content.
• List Books in the Grand Marketplace. All books should be added to the Marketplace and included in giveaways.
• Create Lead-Generating Opt-Ins. Giveaways should link to an opt-in form to help build your email list.
• Build a Launch Team Early. Start inviting aligned contacts and GC members to support the book launch.
