A monthly experiential circle designed to gently bridge neuroscience, meta-awareness, and mindful practice while connecting with like-minded people.
Guided by Rei McColley, neuro coach and trainer for the Neuroscience of Connection Self Mastery Program, each session begins with a simple, neuroscience-informed mindfulness practice that helps regulate the nervous system and lay the foundation for sustainable, life-changing habits. We then explore practical neuroscience insights and meta-awareness tools you can apply immediately in daily life, relationships, and work.
