How to Change/Update Payments/ Credit Card Details
- Login and Click on Dashboard (on top right in the menu).
- Click on Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Add in your Payment/ Credit card details
- If you have an unpaid or failed invoice, Click on Membership Subscription and you will get a list in which you will see a pending payment with Pay option; Click on Pay.
Please note that you need to update your credit card as soon as possible after a failed payment. After 30 day, your account is automatically cancelled and your profile is removed. Please update this quickly and make your payment. We don’t want you to lose your profile information, connections and your locked in rate. If you are updating your payment method after 7 days of the first failed payment, you will need to go to subscriptions in your account to make a manual payment.

How to Pay Unpaid Invoices Manually
- Login to your membership area
