- If you would like to put your membership on hold for 3 months please reach out be email hello@grandconnection.ca or complete the form below. This will keep your profile, connections, listings in place, and maintain your current rate.
- If you are less active for a longer period of time, we have a Hub Membership that keeps your visible in the community, allows access to learning library, maintains your deals and locks in your current rate for when you want to be more active.
- You can upgrade your membership to annual (or downgrade to monthly) here. Annual memberships have substantial savings.
- This is our Membership Agreement with our policies on your subscription and annual memberships.
About Your Subscription: Your Grand Connection membership is a subscription. It will renew either monthly or annually automatically through the shopping cart. Your credit card is stored with Stripe and we do not have access to it. You can see the type of subscription you have and its renewal date and amount in your dashboard. Simply login to the Membership Hub, go to your dashboard (top right menu item) and click on subscriptions. Your subscription rate and next renewal shows on your receipt too. The current rate you are paying is grandfathered in at the rate you joined at while you are an active member. If you choose to cancel and join again at a later date, it will be at the current membership rate for new members.
